Attention
Please, before your arrival in University, be familiar with tuition fees at the preparatory department and fees for accommodation in dormitory.
If you are planning to continue the education in our University after the preparatory department you have to have the same profile subjects in your school diploma (biology and chemistry) as we have here on our departments (general medicine, pharmacy, stomatology).
Moreover, all of your documents must be legalized (to have apostil and consular legalization).
Your educational document (with attachments) has to have the permission given by the issuing country to study abroad and the right to obtain higher education in your home county does not automatically mean that you can study in the Russian Federation. The only document we recognize for enrolment procedure is the diploma which proves that you have finished school or University.
Regarding the questions about legalization, translation to Russian, existence of bilateral agreements between Russia and the state where you obtained the documents, please contact the relevant authorities of the Russian Federation or the attaché for Education and Culture in the Russian Embassy in the country that issued your document. Regarding the question about apostil, please contact the web-site of the Hague Convention or the country’s justice authorities that issued the document.
Regarding the question of recognition, if the country that issued the educational document does not have an agreement with the Russian Federation it is necessary to contact the Information center on the recognition of education and (or) qualifications, academic degrees and titles obtained in a foreign country (Moscow, http://nic.gov.ru)
All the documents in foreign language have to be translated into Russian according to the entry visa. The translation might be done by Russian Consul or Notary. The passport of foreign citizen that does not have the personal details in Russian should be also translated in Russian according to established order.
